Scholarships
MVP has now served more than 25,000 children and granted more than 7,500 scholarships since 1994.
MVP’s Scholarship Program really sets it apart. Many camps offer a handful of scholarships each summer, but it’s rare to find a camp where more than 25% of the camper population pays no tuition. Fundraising events, corporate and private donations, and internally generated funds make these scholarships possible. In addition to taking scholarship applications from the general public, MVP has formed a growing number of partnerships with social service agencies to offer scholarships through organizations such as Westhab, Westchester Jewish Community Services, The Boys and Girls Clubs of Mt. Vernon, the Theodore D. Young Community Center, and Andrus Children’s Center. If you are interested in your organization creating a formal relationship with MVP, please reach out to John Nemsick at jnemsick@mvpbasketballcamp.org
To apply for an individual scholarship, email Dillon Faulkner at dillon@mvpbasketballcamp.org
